This policy explains what information Luxer ([legal business name and address]) collects when you shop with us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, delivery address, pincode and (optionally) email, when you order.
• Custom text and design images you add to personalised products.
• Your UPI transaction ID (UTR) and, if you choose to upload one, a payment screenshot.
• Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter.
• Your shopping cart is stored only in your own browser. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To make, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To check your payment against our bank or UPI records.
• To send offers and updates, only if you subscribed. You can ask us to remove you anytime.

Who we share it with

• The courier company, only what they need to deliver your parcel.
• Our service providers that host the website, database and emails (Vercel, Supabase, Resend), under their own privacy terms.
• We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for [period, e.g. as required for tax records]. Custom designs and payment screenshots are deleted [when, e.g. 90 days after delivery].
