These terms apply when you buy from Luxer ([legal business name]). By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and stock
- When you place an order, we hold the items for you for 24 hours while you pay.
- If payment isn’t received in that time, the order is cancelled and the items are released.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and are confirmed at checkout.
Payment
- We accept UPI payments. After paying, enter your UPI transaction ID (UTR) on our site.
- Your order is confirmed once we see the payment in our account.
- A transaction ID that doesn’t match a real payment will not confirm an order.
Personalised products
- We print the text and designs you provide. Please check spelling before ordering.
- You confirm you own the rights to any design you upload, or have permission to print it. We may refuse designs that are offensive or infringe someone else’s rights.
- Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
